My first look at one of this year's chicks.

(1:36p) Dad flies by and enters the nest
Mom does a patrol flight and enters the nest a few seconds behind Dad
Dad leaves a few seconds later. Didn't look like any food involved.

The pelicans were actively diving today, including a pair that kept doing synchronized dives. Reports are 4 peregrine chicks this year; I saw three of them today.
