It looks like there's a new male in town. He appears to have a leg band.
Possible mating activity today (lots of chirping) in the nest cave, out of view. Both then came out and flew off somewhere.

Both adults were perched near the nest when a red-tailed hawk got too close. They both went off to chase it.
